Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

DeskPety offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pro is $19.90/month or $59.90/year (Early Bird, first 500 users); Max is $29.90/month or $149.90/year. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

2. Cancel Anytime Guarantee

We believe in zero friction. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Please note that for the 1-Month Pass, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For our Yearly Plan subscribers, if you find that DeskPety does not transform your classroom management within the first 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact our support team at support@deskpety.com, no questions asked.
