1. COPPA and GDPR-K Compliance (Strictly Teacher-Only Platform)

DeskPety is a gamified classroom management tool designed exclusively for educators. We are firmly committed to student privacy. DeskPety does not have a student app or a parent portal. We do not collect, solicit, or store any personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU).

2. Data Ownership and Localization

All classroom data, including student names (which can be pseudonyms like “Student 1”), is completely isolated and stored solely under the individual teacher’s account. We act only as a data processor.

3. Third-Party Integrations

We use Google OAuth for seamless and secure teacher authentication. We do not share your classroom behavioral data with any third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated classroom data at any time. To request data deletion, please contact us at support@deskpety.com. Upon request, all isolated classroom data will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.
